This is a great book. I have referred friends to it. The first day I was able to read only 32 pages and learned A LOT just in those 32 pages. Simple ideas, but put into action. My friend and I each lost 9 lbs the very first week. We followed this diet and walked for at least one hour. So far we both have lost 30 and 35 pounds respectively. My thumb is up for this book.
