I’m not very good with computers, but after joing, the site was easier to use than I thought. I did some research on bank foreclosures and bank-owned property in the members area and I found a few homes that I had interest in. I narrowed it down to 2 properties that I wanted to make offers on. Interestingly, they were both listed by the same agent. On the first one, my offer was passed over by another buyer’s offer who gave a cash offer. But my offer was accepted for the second property. I have yet to find an easier way to locate foreclosure properties than through foreclosuresearch.ca.
